As much as I enjoy the Indy and F1 cars, I have a great fondness for closed wheel racing. Maybe it is because they look more like street cars, or maybe they just look like they might go faster. I’m not sure. But I do know that I enjoyed watching the Audi GMG R8 LMS, piloted by Rene Rast, the factory Audi Sport customer racing driver at the recent Houston Grand Prix.
